Town of Swansea Shares Phase 2 Guidelines for State’s Reopening Plan
Acting Town Administrator James Purcell and the Town of Swansea wish to share with residents information about the second phase of Gov. Charlie Baker’s four-phase approach for reopening the state and the mandatory guidelines for businesses allowed to reopen this week.
